Good work life balance for employees and management

Still assessing the company. So far so good.

Excellent work-life balance compared to many aerospace companies. Good benefits (healthcare, retirement, PTO).

- Five days per week in the office - Parking can be challenging. - Working across multiple time zones (U.S., Brazil, India) creates coordination overhead - Compensation is not competitive for the Seattle area. - Limited opportunities for meaningful career growth.
