Vision and dental is included. Their Learning together program offers full tuition reimbursement and you are encouraged to pursue advanced degrees, and are awarded upon completion of these degrees. The same goes for professional certifications.
Cons
In order to reach certain level promotions, you have to rotate three times. This encourages people to be constantly moving, and not taking the time to learn what you are doing. People are always looking towards there next move, and it can be difficult always having to work with somebody that is just learning their job.
