Pros
At Boeing you can work all around the world and are exposed to some of the most incredible technologies in the world. I had some of the best experiences with some of the most incredible jobs you probably wouldn't imagine.
Cons
It's all about the shareholder now. Its about the bottom line and employees at all levels are just a means to an end. Poor ethics, flat out lying at the highest levels, corruption, affairs, cover ups, and just bad ethics. I worked at the highest and lowest levels of the company and as you go higher up the ladder the more the company is less appealing -- unless your ethics are as low as those around you.
