Draconian management that won't allow telecommuting despite high productivity during Covid and all customers out of state, not requiring face-to-face interaction. SPEEA is a useless union. Got laid off while non-union employees remained doing same work. Did absolutely nothing about the issue when it was brought to their attention. A protected union representative who frequently falls asleep at his desk remained untouched as well. DEI upper management hires creates excessive burden on lower management as they are constantly tasked to do their work due to lack of knowledge and aptitude.
