Pros
Interesting and constantly varying work. Takes many years to build up expertise. Many people to consult with internally for support. Very little to no overtime required, however the workload is high and many of us work overtime to keep up with demand.
Cons
rapid/fast paced, constant firefighting, no room to negotiate salary after initial hire-in due to management's politics, little assistance to solve the root cause behavior of "I don't care", ever increasing more work with less people.
