      Matching 401(K), 75% immediately vested match up to 8% of your pay really makes a difference! Lenient on conducting personal business at work Airplanes are exciting

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, slow The aircraft programs are where all the action is in regards to pay and visibility (peripheral departments - Information Technology, Facilities, Human Resources, etc. are treated as necessary evils) I had to deal with lots of just mediocre employees.

      Great schedule, and tons of support from team members and co-workers.

      Cons

      Overworked, poor pay, doing high-level work for low-level pay. There has been a lot of turnover, and there have been two layoffs in the last two years.
