Pros

From the interview scheduling, the recruitment, to the onboarding, the entire process was made so easy. My recruiter was so pleasant and professional. The interview felt like a friendly dialogue. I am always so nervous at interviewing; but I felt appreciated, valued and completely comfortable to speak to my skills and abilities. The swag bag at orientation made me have such pride in the company. I love displaying the swag. I am genuinely proud to be apart of this Team. The hybrid/remote schedule is absolutely perfect. The equipment provided truly helps you maximize your work to the best extent possible.

Cons

I have no cons. The best is yet to come!

Pros

A few genuinely kind and supportive people throughout the organization. Exposure to large-scale programs and complex work environments.

Cons

The culture was one of the most challenging aspects of the experience. The environment often felt unsupportive, with many employees appearing disengaged, unhappy, or more focused on criticism than collaboration. Constructive support and mentorship were lacking, and there was a noticeable tendency for issues to be normalized rather than addressed. Leadership seemed aware of morale and culture concerns, but there was little meaningful action taken to improve the environment or retain strong employees. Over time, this appeared to contribute to good people leaving the organization.
