Backwards company, no room for growth, always hiring new staff instead of developing current staff, no orientation or real training, micromanagement, and stuck in the past. This company would rather cut-costs, be lean, and hire temps then to develop it’s staff. No leadership from management and always hiring from the outside when it comes to management instead of advancing within. No career growth whatsoever working here.
