Pros

-You can wear jeans on Fridays -401k match after 1 year of employment -Interesting industry and cool customers, such as sports teams and major retailers -Occasional potlucks in Glendale -Nice coworkers -Pay was decent. The place was chaotic, so pay should definitely reflect that for every department -I was paid hourly and did receive overtime, which was nice at times -Overall benefits were okay

Cons

-Ownership likes to inflict their political and religious views upon employees -Management has NO CLUE how to do manage their employees and frankly, don't know how to even do their employees' jobs, which is extremely frustrating -Lots of snarky treatment from warehouse management to employees in the office -Departments don't get along, which makes working on projects together even more difficult -Ownership cutting benefits, such as removing spouses from their insurance policies if their own employer offers health/dental insurance -Unfair workload, often times you will be doing the job of 2 or 3 people and others have too much time on their hands -Culture is going down the toilet...all the experienced, tenured employees are running for the hills -Low office moral, many people are unhappy and it's very obvious -Can be a very stressful place to work as it's sports and seasonal -Got rid of the Brewers game this year and the Christmas party last year -HUGE disconnect from the Pewaukee HQ to the Glendale office, it just felt like we didn't matter. -Ownership seems to not know what the heck to do with the Brands division since they let go of the co-founder/president last fall -Brands is hands down the "red-headed step child" of all the divisions -Many employees were told there was ample room for growth yet the company drastically shrank while I was employed there -Constantly "putting out fires," don't work if here if you don't like dealing with issues constantly
