Hi, Rick Boelter here. Thank you for taking the time to write on Glassdoor. I can see how frustrated and angry you are, but posts like this are not helpful, except to let me and others know that we have a seriously unhappy Boelter Associate, which is not insignificant. In fact, it’s really important to me to be able to gain the pulse of Boelter Associates. Having said that, though, what I’d really like you to do instead of writing an anonymous letter online, is to please let me know directly, the specifics that led you to write such a negative review. I’m sorry you don’t have a job you love at least most of the time, and I know I speak for all of our leaders when I say we believe everyone deserves that. Our servant leadership ideal calls us to remove barriers to productive and meaningful work throughout our company. We continue to be encouraged by our long term vision to grow our business by creating rewarding and memorable experiences for our associates, our customers, and their customers!
