Great communication to people subcontracted out - Devops Engineer Bogart Associates Employee Review

It has been great working for Bogart. I have noticed hand holding for those who need it, but absolutely no micro-managing for those who don't. They host events/lunches/dinners regularly which is nice from a small company. $1000 IT/Health benefit seemingly bottomless certificate reimbursement $6k tuition reimbursement

Most jobs have red flags; that is expected. I have seen none since I have been here (1 year). My one con isn't really a con because it's free money...4% match (with employee 10%) is on the low side for this environment. First world problem, I know, but it could easily sway someone to go somewhere else.

Surrounded by strong, talented people who are focused on helping customers. Management engaged and ready to support employees, always present as needed.

No real issues, suggest more marketing since hiring is super competitive in this industry.
