All the people are great. This company is easy to work with. So long as you are doing your job, you never feel micro-managed. Has a small company feel to it. not too much red tape. Great benefits and flexibility.

Cons

not enough variations of contracts to choose from.

Pros

It has been great working for Bogart. I have noticed hand holding for those who need it, but absolutely no micro-managing for those who don't. They host events/lunches/dinners regularly which is nice from a small company. $1000 IT/Health benefit seemingly bottomless certificate reimbursement $6k tuition reimbursement

Cons

Most jobs have red flags; that is expected. I have seen none since I have been here (1 year). My one con isn't really a con because it's free money...4% match (with employee 10%) is on the low side for this environment. First world problem, I know, but it could easily sway someone to go somewhere else.
