Pros
Leadership is accessible and down-to-earth. One of the few places I've worked that says they have an open door policy and actually do! It's a friendly, respectful, team -oriented environment - I found it very easy to assimilate into the culture not only at my location, but at others I've visited. The role is interesting, challenging and I have the tools and autonomy to do my job.
