      None. Don't waste your time. The pay is very low too.

      Cons

      Absolutely disrupted environment, low quality work, arrogant employees, vulgar and no clue. Management weak and ineffective. No career opportunities. Work/life balance horrible.

      -Impressive PTO and Benefits -Good People -Great sales job if you are looking to coast

      -No emphasis on growing sales, only safety -unserious job for a true sales professional -operations nightmare, high turnover in shop -Position is far underpaid compared to any other sales/account manager roles -limited advancement opportunities -limited bonus opportunities
