      Pros

      I have only been there a short time, but they seem to care about employees. Great benefits, better than state employees on insurance. Descent hours, plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      Long probation period. 90 working days. 4 months for me some up to 6 months depending on your shift.

      -Impressive PTO and Benefits -Good People -Great sales job if you are looking to coast

      Cons

      -No emphasis on growing sales, only safety -unserious job for a true sales professional -operations nightmare, high turnover in shop -Position is far underpaid compared to any other sales/account manager roles -limited advancement opportunities -limited bonus opportunities
