      Benefits are pretty good. Annual bonus is nice.

      Cons

      Politics!!! The discrimination, favoritism and sexism runs rampant within Boise. If you try to express your concerns, or help your fellow employees like our old control or did you find yourself terminated. Employees are afraid to speak openly, or honestly in fear of being terminated. There is a little to no movement for job opportunities, unless you’re part of the buddy system. However, the benefits are really good. The pay you can get better anywhere.

      -Impressive PTO and Benefits -Good People -Great sales job if you are looking to coast

      Cons

      -No emphasis on growing sales, only safety -unserious job for a true sales professional -operations nightmare, high turnover in shop -Position is far underpaid compared to any other sales/account manager roles -limited advancement opportunities -limited bonus opportunities
