You may be able to move up , free food if you get time to eat it., smooth system that makes things easier.
Cons
I was asst mgr. Worked on line so much no possible way to do management, counted labor hours with yours so if your already shorthanded you are making up the difference, no one available to do what needs done because your running a store with 4 people, they tell you in training to not use food past hold times but they always do cause you can't keep food costs down to what they want without doing that. I got no breaks and few meals while I was there.They promise bonuses to make up for the 50 hours you put in but my store could get a bonus cause they couldn't keep costs down, so you put in 50 hours for the same salary. I was working way more for the same as I was hourly elsewhere. Kids do most of the work and get paid little, no way to make them do more, they can go down the street for the same, very frustrating cause some don't even care.some were great though. The competition with lower Managers was crazy, upper management is too busy making numbers work to care, as long as the food goes out. I managed a few other restaurants before this and loved my job, this is the first one I couldn't make myself stay at.
