Pros

Most of my coworkers were friendly and loved to chat. Over time working there I ended up with many friends.

Cons

The pay was not good. There were too many employees and not enough hours. Was behind on 2 raises. Could not get help from managers. The day I quit I needed help because I had a lot of customers and there were a lot of people working with me. I could not get anyone to help me and when I asked the manager I was told no. So I told them I quit, then I left.

Pros

Working at the support center you get free lunch and some of the employees are helpful.

Cons

Working at the support center is horrible. Executives don’t listen and HR does not care about the employees. They are fake but quick to say that we are family but that never shows. Don’t believe them! They let go of some really good people because they refuse to fix clear problems with the directors. Regardless of how many people try to address the concerns and make it a better environment. They fire the people that they need just to keep the rotten, toxic and rude directors. Avoid at all cost! I would not wish this on my worst enemy - can’t wait to find a new job.
