Pros
Great food, above minimum wage pay, family environment. Several advancement opportunities. Cross training in several departments (food prep/customer service/health and hygiene)
Cons
After working for this company for a year and a half, I’ve been screwed. Hired at 7.50 and then starting pay was changed to 8.50 have been making same for a full year. Empty promises for promotions and raises. Coworkers are mainly high school students, so if you are graduated or are looking for a steady job, this is not for you. Employees are inconsistent and do not prioritize work, leading to other employees being overworked. Due to sales management cannot provide hard-working employees decent benefits and cannot let go of employees who do not pull their weight. Good for part time job but not for anyone who has to pay bills or wants to have a healthy lifestyle. If you are sick, be prepared to be forced to come into work.
