Pros
I worked at Bojangles as a teen. Due to being understaffed at certain moments, I was able to work a lot of hours. My team members and I were around the same and age when to the same school, so working with them would make the time on the clock bearable.
Cons
My overall experience with management was not pleasant. It was clear that the management had no problem taking advantage of the employees they had, then undervaluing them when they resolved the lack of staffing. I've dealt with micro-aggressions, disrespect, and manipulation from multiple managers who also would not stick around for long. I've worked with at least 4 different managers who were assigned to the store I was in. Some more pleasant than other.
