Pay was okay. That is about it. Uh, free food... made friends. Got management experience. Learned how to make chicken. .

Don't care about employees. They run off the good employees so if you want a raise or job security by being awful and letting other pick up your slack, than this is the job for you!! Like being touched inappropriately ? Want a boss who don't care? Bojangles of wnc is your place! Awful managers who play favorites. I was a Manger who stood up against all this bull crap and was told I'd be fired if I said anything. Also they will threaten others jobs so they'll talk bad about you so they can find something to get you in trouble.

Working at the support center you get free lunch and some of the employees are helpful.

Cons

Working at the support center is horrible. Executives don’t listen and HR does not care about the employees. They are fake but quick to say that we are family but that never shows. Don’t believe them! They let go of some really good people because they refuse to fix clear problems with the directors. Regardless of how many people try to address the concerns and make it a better environment. They fire the people that they need just to keep the rotten, toxic and rude directors. Avoid at all cost! I would not wish this on my worst enemy - can’t wait to find a new job.
