- Indecent pay for what you will have to do sometimes - Managers (Unit or other) tend to get down your throat if you're not 100% perfect - You're moving around constantly and standing constantly, so you better be in gear by the time you enter the door - Part Time Only - Managers and Employees seem to get split sometimes, Managers say they will do what you do but tend not to. - Opportunity to grow seems little to none - Schedules fluctuate - Poor planning. You may end up having to run kitchen, chicken, biscuits and wrap with no one to assist since they schedule poorly
