      Pros learn people skills. You learn the inside and out of the company and learn how to cook everything. Competitive pay

      The management is horrible. Dating within the establishment Favoritism It was my first job and I made more than everyone else who has more experience than I did. I was the highest paid employee right under the manager. Unprofessional management Scheduling is horrible

      Pros

      Working at the support center you get free lunch and some of the employees are helpful.

      Cons

      Working at the support center is horrible. Executives don’t listen and HR does not care about the employees. They are fake but quick to say that we are family but that never shows. Don’t believe them! They let go of some really good people because they refuse to fix clear problems with the directors. Regardless of how many people try to address the concerns and make it a better environment. They fire the people that they need just to keep the rotten, toxic and rude directors. Avoid at all cost! I would not wish this on my worst enemy - can’t wait to find a new job.
