      Pros

      Good health care benefits. Pays for you, spouse and all kids. If you are working for a busy store time flies.

      Cons

      Long hours, they tell you 50 hour work week when it's really 60-70 hours for co-manager, 70-85 hours for Unit Director. You have to take work home, can make you come in on your days off without pay, get calls all the times. No quality of life. Commission is very low even when you hit all the numbers. Extremely hard job with high stress level. Job demands you to take work home or come in on your day off without pay. Very rude upper management, lack of respect for all level of employees.

      Pros

      Working at the support center you get free lunch and some of the employees are helpful.

      Cons

      Working at the support center is horrible. Executives don’t listen and HR does not care about the employees. They are fake but quick to say that we are family but that never shows. Don’t believe them! They let go of some really good people because they refuse to fix clear problems with the directors. Regardless of how many people try to address the concerns and make it a better environment. They fire the people that they need just to keep the rotten, toxic and rude directors. Avoid at all cost! I would not wish this on my worst enemy - can’t wait to find a new job.
