Pros
Mobilitie is taking on large scale projects, building leading edge infrastructure, with interesting venues and clients. This is a work place where you will have to be industrious, productive and self driven to be successful. The company is dynamic and changing rapidly via merger and rebranding, change can be a challenge for some people but in my experience its certainly better than a stale company.
Cons
Nothing I consider a Con at this point. People are very busy right now so working independently is a must. People who thrive on collaboration may not get the personal contact they desire.
