Good pay and benefits Most of the team are nice to work with CEO promotes inclusive culture

Zero guidance for new starters, you're just left to get on with it without being advised where anything is. HR team are not approachable and are passive aggressive, creating bad culture. No work-life balance - you're expected to work through breaks, work later and at weekends.
