I learned a lot about the job market and resume building
Cons
Very toxic leadership, cliquey office, forced to work back in office even though nearly everyone preferred to work remotely just because Pat Welch spends lots of money on that opulent office
No career advancement. In fact when they hired to replace me they specifically added to the job posting that they're looking for someone who wants to stay in an entry level role for a while

I asked specifically for admin work in a nonprofit, and they found me some great temp jobs in that field. I learned new skills that allowed me to find a permanent position.
Cons
I only worked 15 hours a week, which meant no benefits.
