Good benefits and good hourly and breaks

Honestly not much cons except for inconsistent help but it was never the managers fault really

Schedule was perfect workload was appropriate

When I started there I saw a review that said "great place to work, just keep your head down", that adage proved to be true. Anything above a supervisor position is just fodder for HR and marketing to scapegoat and humiliate. God help you if your direct manager has an ego problem. I watched them burn bright and upcoming talent to retain senior level employees that were the obvious cause of the problems.
