      None. Company only cares about nurses. Everyone else is disposable. Bunch of people making decisions for the company who have no idea what they're doing and their ego is more important then admitting a mistake.

      Cons

      Poor compensation. Poor benefits. Only cares about bottom dollar and doesn't care about the quality of environment for their employeez.
