Cons
Just had a mass exodus of executives about a month before the NYT article came out. The “ministry” doesn’t exist anymore, now we just get constantly decreasing incentive pay, higher pt loads (7:1 on m/s as charge nurse, 6:1 on intermediate), and sicker patients. But good luck finding someone who both cares about safety AND has the ability to do anything about it! Oh well, pick your poison, I suppose.
