Sadly there is a lot of cons. There is more bad attitudes from co-workers, bad rations 6-1 (often with no PCT), poor manager advocating, horrible food in cthe afeteria that is costly, and they will tell you that CNA is a luxury and not a requirement on floors (which is horrible...), but they will still expect everything to be done (which is impossible to do). Patients can be good and bad. Lots of drug use/addiction, gun shot victims, and mental health. Parking lot is unsafe and needs shuttle escort to ensure safety.
