Rapid growth from a motivated, diverse team of coffee loving professionals. There is always a positive energy here. We all get excited over every new products. Everyone takes great pride in everything from our small batch products and creative marketing to our over the top customer satisfaction.

Not much in Cons. Company's rapid growth has them struggling a little on corporate structure and organization. But they have recently hired some experienced, high level executives to correct this. I am confident this will be a non issue soon.
