Cons are infinite based on area of work: Let me summarize for SCM(Planning+purchase) The below are reality, which most are unaware of. And management is conscious about maintaining good outlook online. Planning: To be frank in planning, planner is a complete boot licker of Country manager, which affects in many areas. But knowledgeable person with cunning mentality of sucking out from each employee under him or in any other area. All just for good name and performance ratings. 1.) His ultimate motto is to accept all sales variation(which is important for any company) Numbers can be added, but practically how? 2.) Lack of practical knowledge on purchasing and unethical data projection to higher level management to lick the boots. Most of the data prepared by him will be of impractical things. Whatelse can we expect from these kind of people? Being a buyer still I am suffering bcoz of this. 3.) Being a SAP material master controller, no one can stop/question him. Reply would be high level management approved. Country manager also wants to lick boots of people in Italy to show high turnover than 6 plants in Italy, less inventory, plant efficiency,... Being an Indian, its hard to say but we are 24/7 working dogs. 4.) As a part of inventory control, its a complete cheap behavior to suck buyers. No one knows what material company actually needs for next mouth production. As a buyer, whatever you've ordered/intransit, are not allowed to bring in to control inventory.Else you're a culprit. So called challenges to face in here. 5.) Completely onesided on sales team, to show plan accepting efficiency of a planner in mbo. Purchasing: Managers of purchase & procurement are two. 1.)One always fights with planner, inefficient, contentless blabberer, indirect puppet of planner.Sadly he dont know that and ends up nodding his head to planner. Nothing to speak much about him, but useful for signatures. He cant & wont shift to any company till his retirement. Hail the HR, who recruited this bcoz of white cross. 2.)Another dont need intro, as many websites/reviews describe about him more than me. He puts lot of pressure&load to suck out each employee. Because of his behaviour, some senior employees under him, joined from well versed companies had physical fight with him. This is more than enough to project such an irritating character. Useless meetings,overload of unnecessary works, domination, brainwashing. Even credits of your idea and its working result will be stolen by him. He has a separate person for this data preparation. He will stay in office from 9am to 12pm(weird!!, But it seems, even their family hates bcoz of his presence in home) Coming to HR team, everyone of them knows all of these, but wont take action to maintain good environment for employees. But you can learn in all aspects, from whole supply chain to white cross managerial methods in all area. Rules to follow in this company:(forget HR policies) * Give up your self-respect, attitude, personal time/space and principles. *Just nod your head for managers and don't reply/ reply with acceptance. *Ready to point at others for any mistake. (you can be a hero) *☆Lick some boots and don't stop. Simple example of life at Bonfiglioli: A young talented guy joined as a GET, He worked from 9am to _____... But next day morning he will be there without going home continuing next day at plant itself regularly. He used to meet HRs for missed punchout & punchin (actually working for whole night). Finally he lost too much weight, health and bedridden for months. Then the reply & support from management & HR is terrible. Finally he left company, losing his body completely but the health issue continues and lost his carrier as a poor GET (here Contract labour) before completing contract no documents, peace :) Likewise many GETs itself, lost their start of the carrier here. Then think about joining as a senior persons, Hell!!! Right??? Have a happy learning life at bonfiglioli!!! One more thing for glassdoor, previously, in glassdoor "Bonfiglioli transmissions pvt ltd india" company was there, but now can't find it. It was filled with reality of bonfiglioli. Why glassdoor removed all the real reviews and hidden the existence of the company? Bcoz of negative reviews? Its better to do something else, instead of projecting only fake reviews.
