Public service, low expectations, friendly people. In theory you are working in the long term interest of people in small communities throughout the north west region.

Cons

Lazy career feds, poor middle management, infighting, exploitation of contractor staff, excellence is not rewarded, no clue what a VP does all day. Business model is currently in question. In practice you are doing the minimum work needed to keep your job
