Pros

Great Company Culture Work Hard, Party Harder Opportunity to visit the HQ in Amsterdam for the annual party Lots of opportunities to develop through soft skills training

Cons

Great talents abound so you might find yourself getting stuck in a role for quite some time and find limited avenues to grow. Hard to find a company as awesome as Booking.com once you leave.

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Cons

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
