Pros
Great culture and values which are part of the company's actions and not just words. They offer good work life balance and ensures to value their employees beyond just salary. Very diverse teams who push to be inclusive and a lot of smart people to work with and learn from. They are enough "Dutch Direct" in their core to ensure open and honest conversation and approach. Lots of growing opportunities and learnings thanks to its size.
Cons
Size wise can feel too big and siloed and take time to adjust if you are used to smaller scale. JD might not match the actual work . Can be too hierarchical at times and depending where you are working lack of structure & processes Due to recent changes, cut back on many benefits they used to have before ( but so as others in this & tech industry )
