Pros

The discount is the only thing even remotely good.

Cons

Employees are treated like dirt. If you can't sell enough discount cards, you will be fired no matter how hard you work. Your worth is entirely based on how many discount cards you can sell. Also, I filed a sexual harassment claim against my general manager. I had statements from a few people who had witnessed it and gave all this info to the District Manager. All that happened was a slap on the wrist and then a few months later a promotion for the offending manager. All I got from the District Manager was "Sorry I couldn't do anything for you."

Pros

Opportunities to move up and gain more knowledge, enjoyable workplace with flexibility and open lines of communication. Feel valued and fulfilled. Corporate and home office has improved communication and clarity significantly, Company allows stores more freedom in how they achieve success and what their stores can decide on when it comes to changes and updates.

Cons

In my opinion, pay can be on the lower end. Experience can be dependent on your management/person above you, but that is usual.
