      Pros

      It was once a great place to work

      Cons

      CEO is all about the show with absolutely no substance. Executive leadership is bloated, out of touch, and clueless. Engineering is outsourced since the talent left, so forget about getting product enhancements. Middle management is spineless and consistently does deals that lose the company money. But other than that it’s good.
