Pros
The company offers an exceptional annual 'ECAP' which is 10% of your salary to 401k no matter your own contribution. There's a huge variety of teams that do a lot of different tasks which means you can move around and find a niche you like if you're technical.
Cons
Management seems to be watching out for its own hide instead of what may be best for the team/department/company. Compensation is a huge mystery and shot in the dark.
