Benefits are good. Opportunities to work with many clients Used to keep people on board while looking for billable work Functional levels (I,II,III) filled with great people (AP too!) Some interesting projects that are potenitally impactful
Cons
Leadership lacks functional knowledge in areas they are supposed to develop No career growth No commitment to employees Little communication about stratgic planning from leadership to functional levels Marked absence of innovation Riding on the coat tails of the once reasonably reputable commercial side of the firm Sold as a conculting firm in recruiting process, but just a contractor shop
