Pros

The work life balance is great at Booz Allen (that is coming from a consultant). (However, I have to say that once you hit management level you will be working the 60- 80 weeks). Booz gives you a lot of opportunity to lead Booz Allen-related tasks which allow for growth.

Cons

Booz is going through a lot of changes right now since the Carlyse Group purchase them. The company which once gave really great perks is pulling a lot of those back. I also think that the connection between senior staff and consultants is horrible. I was shocked when I joined the company at how it was an honor to talk to a senior manager. The partner who I work for has never said hi. I feel as though all Booz will be is a government staff augmentation company and that means that there will be little room for career growth.
