This company is one of the most unethical places I have ever worked. Leadership puts profits above everything else, including safety and quality, which means customers and employees are the ones left at risk. The treatment of staff is appalling. Employees are seen as disposable and are let go without hesitation when convenient for management. The leadership team is bloated, disconnected from the work, and focused only on financial optics rather than supporting the people who keep the company running. The culture is toxic and built on fear. Collaboration and innovation are replaced by intimidation and micromanagement. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs that destroyed morale, and the remaining employees are overworked, undervalued, and constantly reminded that they can be replaced at any time. If you are considering working here, think carefully. There is no real opportunity for growth, no respect for employees, and no commitment to ethical practices. This company only values the bottom line and will sacrifice everything else to protect it. For your own career and well-being, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
