Learning it's with the practice, I had the opportunity to work with top-ranked engineers who helped to develop my project management skills at the same time I gained lot of mechanical acknowledge in the automotive field
Cons
There were not really inconvenient, maybe the time, I would have loved to be there more time, but I had to move to another country
