      Depending on who you work for, you can get great litigation experience as a young attorney and a lot of responsibility handling cases. Good work/life balance.

      Dysfunctional HQ in Bakersfield. Low paying.

      Pros

      Borton Petrini has been around for 125 years and with that comes extensive experience and knowledge. One of my favorite things about working for the firm is the numerous resources across the state, and everyone is always willing to help. The experience and along with a well-rounded benefit package makes Borton Petrini a great place to work for attorneys and staff alike.
