This is a well established major law firm.

Cons

The Fresno Office is managed poorly. The main office is in Bakersfield and doesn't appear to realize the managing attorney is the problem. The turnover is high. The managing attorney doesn't take responsibility and instead blames everyone else for their lack of interpersonal skills and management skills. The Bakersfield Office doesn't appear to care about the Fresno office.

Pros

Borton Petrini has been around for 125 years and with that comes extensive experience and knowledge. One of my favorite things about working for the firm is the numerous resources across the state, and everyone is always willing to help. The experience and along with a well-rounded benefit package makes Borton Petrini a great place to work for attorneys and staff alike.
