      For the most part employees are great and nice to work with. Great benefits and vacation policy.

      Cons

      Management tries to cheat employees by wording job descriptions, employees are given "management" titles so that company doesn't have to pay a fair wage.

      Pros

      Borton Petrini has been around for 125 years and with that comes extensive experience and knowledge. One of my favorite things about working for the firm is the numerous resources across the state, and everyone is always willing to help. The experience and along with a well-rounded benefit package makes Borton Petrini a great place to work for attorneys and staff alike.
