      Pros

      Nice people, solid financials, good clients

      Cons

      Immediate results only are accepted. Longer term gains apparently not recognized -- not even long enough to get to trial or settle the cases (though my employe was mid-Great Recession, so this may no longer apply). Office support as a new associate is last in line behind existing paralegals.

      Pros

      Borton Petrini has been around for 125 years and with that comes extensive experience and knowledge. One of my favorite things about working for the firm is the numerous resources across the state, and everyone is always willing to help. The experience and along with a well-rounded benefit package makes Borton Petrini a great place to work for attorneys and staff alike.
