Recently, several decisions taken by Indian management are not aligned with German work culture. Work–life balance has deteriorated significantly, as the 5-day workweek has been changed to a 6-day schedule along with extended support office hours. Many skilled employees from the TEF departments have recently left the company due to unnecessary pressure to meet compressed timelines merely to impress management, as well as a lack of growth opportunities for newly joined employees. Because of the 6-day work policy, many employees are dissatisfied and are already actively searching for new job opportunities.
