Micromanaging is the worst I have seen. You must put your mood on the board every morning like children, you are requested to only put good moods just as you are request to only put down a max of 6 hours estimated for the day even if you know you are working more. Just for SHOW.... Management is incompetent and the turn around of engineers is like that of a restaurant. IT IS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE THERE WITH OVER 2 YEARS IN THE COMPANY. Because they all leave! You will spend half the time watching your back as management will try to pin and issues on the engineers.
