Pros

- Awesome Benefits (401k match, free 2x salary life insurance, small working pension, decent priced insurance) - Pay is competitive - International opportunities - Private company so not beholding to shareholders - Company cares about their employees (from my point of view) - Job Security is high if you are a good employee - People are so nice and really feel like family as you grow in the company

Cons

- Very slow moving and too “chain of command, management should approve first” oriented - Initial Training when beginning into company is lacking - Requires a lot of patience starting out; way too many good employees leave due to burnout (at least in the US) - North America is sometimes lacking in headcount which entails more work, whereas Europe has too much headcount

Pros

Manager is great - get overtime hours.

Cons

Low hourly pay $24.00 hr is ridiculous low for what made do on a shift. Upper management is terrible, they just pass the blame to the store manager and staff to deal with the issues with no solution. Makes me think upper management don’t know their own roll in response to helping their staff succeed. Pay for warehouse / driver job needs be minimum of $26.00 hr in Ma. Reason why you can’t find good help who stay. Or even CSA workers. Too much to do on given shift with little to no support or tools needed. Lack of staff - lack of support from upper management- lack of communication and training. Without your warehouse team you have no business and yet pay us the bare minimum pay. Without us - you got no business !!
